Fleece Preparation

Fleeces can come to us either washed or unwashed.  We do reserve the right to rewash, and will notify you prior to doing so.

Before arriving at our fiber mill, fleeces should be well skirted.  Your fleece will be weighed upon arrival and this is the weight your pricing is based on.

Although we tumble your fleece it does not remove embedded vegetable matter.

The cleaner you send us your fleece, the cleaner it will be upon return.  The carding process does not remove VM.  Fleece preparation is vital to the finished product.

We do also reserve the right to refuse any fleece we feel may damage our equipment.

Your fleece can be processed into roving or a cloud at your choice.
